I worked at this agency 7.5 years and I can tell you that 9thCO is a real gem for a few main reasons: The office is free of politics and resulting team vibe is great and lets you focus on collaboration knowing your hard work comes back to you in the end (they also promote from within based on merit rather than favourites or seniority, which is great). The 3 owners are themselves experienced businessmen with varied backgrounds but they all have one thing in common: they sincerely want to set everyone up for success. Developing a web catalogue on a tight timeline has never been as easy and painless as it has been with 9thCO. They were able to nail the creative in the first run, offer great suggestions and complete the site on time! Service was organized and professional and support was knowledgeable, quick and reliable. Though I'm from North of the city, I wanted to work with a website agency that's in Toronto, and I chose 9thCO based on a referral. I have to say, I'm very impressed with their responsiveness and courtesy, which is rare if you've worked with other website companies!Anytime I talk to other business owners, I recommend their SEO & adwords services (unless they're a competitor of course). It's easy to see when I get phone calls as a result of their work.
