Can’t say enough good things!! Called about a failed hard disk/broken windows 11 that my business partner had constructed himself, but it got corrupted suddenly.I called a few places and no one seemed to know even the error code I was talking about, but when I called them right away the gentleman I was talking to knew the error code and I felt at ease.On top of that he was so calm/genuine and helped guide us on how to save our data (business files) so grateful!! What a positive experience
James did an awesome job. He hooked up our printer and got it working, and he fixed my slow computer. Very professional and he really knows his stuff. I would recommend anyone who wants their computer fixed to call him.
Really great experience with 24 Hour Geeks. James was able to come around to the house within hours of being contacted and quickly sorted the problem. New part ordered and then fitted the next day by his colleague Wei. Courteous efficient and cost effective service. Would definitely recommend.
