booked a week out with Aiden, showed up for my appointment and he was a no show. no notice ahead of time that he wouldn't be in, and didn't get an attempt at a callback until 11am, I had already went somewhere else for a walk in. unfortunate experience. 2nd time I've had a similar thing happen. and I've only had my hair cut there twice now. Roxanne was great, should have tried to book with her again instead.

I walked in last minute and wasn't turned away it was a Saturday and they were glad to help me out . shaved it exactly how I wanted it and I couldn't have been more pleased the people are great the shop looks fantastic I could spend hours staring at the beautiful antiques and how it's all Incorporated . a ton of compliments and even more thanks for hooking me up. def my new favourite place I couldn't have been more pleased to be completely honest. Def 5 star whether your a woman or a man . they're great with kids and you won't be disappointed only thing I was missing was the Batman hair Tattoo but it being last min and hot out I wasn't disappointed in the simple relief of a fresh cut . you nailed it out of the park and I'll def be returning. quick convenient and the staff are incredible you won't be leaving the same person as when you walked in the shop vibes are what I absolutely loved the most. affordable prices and convenient location. whom ever assumed a man can't cut a women's hair I dare you to visit BC I can't say I've had an easier more laid back and enjoy visit to get a new look like I did visiting this shop. so thanks again and you def have my future business I was super happy so thanks again and see you again soon!
