The technician did not show for the original appointment, showed up late to the rescheduled appointment, only to leave after waiting a mere 20 seconds at the door (according to my video doorbell) before taking off without an explanation or phone call.

Over priced. It takes the boss too come look at a job then he send two others after. Then will send another guy before the job starts wasted time unprofessional cocky guy that's a know it all. BEWARE!!!!
