Ostrander's made saying goodbye to our mom, Kay Tully, as seamless as we could expect, given our sadness and grief surrounding this occasion. The process was explained and executed in a timely manner and with compassion and caring throughout each phase of the decision making. I couldn't have asked for a calmer experience. As mom's favorite saying goes, "In all things dignity and grace." This epitomizes our experience with Ostranders.
