I'm sure they do good quality work - just that I never got that far.In July, we had the company president come out to meet us for a walkthrough and a rough-quote. Although he was late showing up, he was very friendly and first-contact impressions were very high. The work was roughly estimated at 1-2 days. The target start-work date was expected to be the start of August.Several weeks after the work was supposed to be started/completed, I reached out to see what was up. I was told the job was scheduled in for later that week (or maybe the week after). Great. This 1-2 day task should be completed by September right? The work was completed. Took a while to receive the bill. Was over charged for labor hours. When trying to communicate with the company messages were never returned or messages and texts left ghosted Was told I would receive phone calls and never did.After saying i would receive phone calls I would have to text 2 days later because no one would call. , Then after about the 5th time of asking when I could talk to someone, they called me from their car and couldn't variety anything because they didn't have the records in front of them and said they would call the next day but never did.
