I called to find out about nail trims as hadn't been there for quite a while. The gentleman on the phone was very nice respectful and polite while telling me about how to get a nail trim done. It's a great place for your pet to be pampered and will look great“

“I came in at 8:45 while they were mopping and had many questions about taking a cat on a flight.

They were so helpful and knowledgeable, and took their time to answer the questions even though they were closing in 15 mins. They did not rush me, and told me to take my time.

I felt bad about being there so late, but what amazing staff to be so accommodating and kind when I was so worried about the trip. 5/5 ?“
