Customer service is great. Right from the time you call, they actually listen to your concerns and take care of it quickly. Needed an adjustment to my furnace fan setting. I had a heat pump hot water tank installed by clow darling. It was expensive, but here is why it has so far been awesome: it acts as a dehumidifer and air conditioner for my basement. Although I haven't used it in winter yet, I do have the option of using the electric heating element only in the coldest months. And for this hot muggy summer weather, let me tell you, my basement is refreshingly cold AND dry! I'm actually loving it. I also received an energy rebate from the gov for this.
