I had such a positive experience here. Lori, at the front desk, was so welcoming and efficient. I saw Travis for a massage. I’ve been to quite a few massage therapists and he is hands down the best. I felt so much better afterwards. Great vibes all around this place!
I attended 8 weekly sessions recovering from a total knee replacement surgery. The staff is thorough, encouraging, and extremely friendly. I was given a friendly reminder of every appointment the day before it and, even though I didn’t need, was thoughtful and appreciated!The openness and organization along with the cleanliness of the facility was definitely impressive! Hats off to the staff at Thorold Physiotherapy! Thank you for participating in my recovery and the encouragement I received from you!
This is without a doubt the best care I have recieved ever from a physiotherapist. The compassion and carring was amazing. You are treated like you are the only person in the room. I can't say thank you enough.
