“Cohen & Master Tree & Shrub services arrived here at my property as per scheduled time. The staff was very knowledgeable,polite, professional and thorough. When they arrived they walked me through the job and asked if I had any questions or concerns and did the same process when the job was finished. They put down tarps to collect the debris and moved and replaced all lawn furniture. They were very meticulous and did an excellent job trimming and pruning my Yu and Euonymus bushes and tied up and braced where necessary.<br>They also did a remarkable job pruning and shaping my Tobiosho Japenese Maple tree. It has never looked so good. They also<br>removed cross branches in the center of the tree to improve air flow and overall health of the tree. They also ensured the lawn and gardens were clean on both mine and my neighbours properties.<br>The certified Arborist Consultant Geoff Niblett was extremely knowledgeable and made several suggestions to ensure I would be happy with the end result when he was on site to give me an estimate.<br>I also found Ms.Anastasia Tsirbus in the office extremely pleasant and helpful with all scheduling, invoicing and answering any questions I had.<br>I have had several aborists/contractors here to do similiar work over the past 10 years and I find this company the best I have dealt with on all fronts..from the office to the estimator to the technicians doing the work.The is company is a 10 out of 10.<br>They deliver and carry out what initially promised.<br>A very solid company.<br>I will be using this company for all my future needs with the gardens and trees and highly recommend them.<br>Yours sincerely<br>Russ Orr<br>Toronto“

“I can’t say enough positive comment about James and Vista Tree. We were “ghosted” by 2 other tree management companies last fall. James came by and provided separate quotes for two very large trees on our property, both of which were a challenge to severely prune. They were a hazard and had to be addressed. The quotes were delivered the next day after assessment. The team was here on two separate days (April 30 and May 7). They were efficient, professional and most importantly safe. Hollis, the arborist who climbed the trees was friendly and communicated everything he was doing to the trees as well as any changes he made once he was up in the tree. The other members of the crew (Syd and Pete, I can’t remember the others) were professional and friendly. They cleaned everything up and were open to any suggestions we had regarding disposal of the wood. I would highly recommend this company. “A few years ago, Davey helped revive my cedar hedge and trees, and I’ve had them back every year since. Troy, arborist, is fantastic to work with—extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented. “The Re:Leaf Group was hired for major arbor work on our property 10 years ago, and we were so satisfied, we asked them to return. Andrew reviewed our list of arbor work and provided an estimate to trim 3 mature trees and 4 smaller trees/bushes and remove deadwood. His responses were prompt. On the scheduled day, Andrew and Alex arrived and set to work on one linden (trim branches away from roof, clear deadwood, and check cable bracing), and the second linden (clear branches from hydro lines, clear deadwood). Our neighbour's apple tree was trimmed so branches did not overhang our property. The Amur maple, dogbane, lilac bush, and oak leaf hydrangea were trimmed to contain their size and form. It is clear that Andrew loves his work and is very adept. He is conscientious and courteous. A skilled climber, he works efficiently and safely. Our property was cleaned up afterwards and he only departed after we were satisfied that the job was thorough and completed.
