I used this company to to clean my two wool rugs. I am entirely satisfied. The rugs look great, but the best part of the whole experience was the service. I spoke to Layla in the office first of all and she explained the entire process including how they use all natural products. Then, Mohammed came and rolled up the rugs for me. When he brought them back he put them back down and made sure I was entirely satisfied with the placement of the rugs and furniture. Thank you for the amazing service. I had occasion to use this company yesterday Jan 29 2019. I had two upholstered dining room chairs with arms and skirts cleaned, the professional cleaner that came and completed this task was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was completely satisfied with the result my chairs look amazing when he finished and he had saved me hundreds of dollars because I had thought I had to have them recovered. So I would recommend using them for a great cleaning job because I will certainly use them again.
