I had a great experience at this clinic. First, as a new patient, I didn't expect any special treatment. However, I was in a lot of pain and sent a message at 8am requesting an initial visit that was shorter than ideal (45 min). Not only did the admin staff immediately respond, they found an RMT willing to come in on late notice and work through lunch. Finally, Kelsey was an extremely knowledgeable and skilled RMT. She communicated well, offered exercises to help me at home, use good pressure and I felt relief even in such a short visit.
