This Pet Valu has an amazing employee that was super helpful named Sam. She answered all my questions with ease and is clear that she has a high level of knowledge. This is such a nice place to shop. :)

Outstanding experience for me and the pup always from start to finish here. The staff was welcoming and professional, the space was clean and well-kept, and everything ran smoothly. You can tell they really care about the quality of what they do. Whether it’s your first visit or you’ve been coming for a while, they make you feel valued and looked after. Highly recommend!
I came to the store few days ago, and the staff there really helped me with getting know the the product’s, specially that persian guy, because my English is not very good, so he was really a good help, they had some really great products and very kind staff.
