had a great experience tonight with this location! super friendly staff and was very knowledgeable in terms of what programs they have, with certain leashes and collars.we also had to return something and it was a very smooth transaction. we brought our puppy and staff was very welcoming and gave us free calendars as well!!Definitely coming back to this location.

Great store with plenty of selections for what you might be looking for. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Their prices are on the higher side comparing to Petsmart.

Every PetValu location I have been to has been been a different experience. Being a new pet carer, I had NO IDEA about anything. The location here and at Bathurst and Centre have such nice and insightful, caring people.
