I had a great experience with Nazi for my son's haircut at the Promenade Mall location. She did an excellent job! However, I’ve noticed that it’s difficult to get through on the phone to book an appointment, as the staff are usually busy with clients and there’s no receptionist to handle calls. I booked online this time, but my appointment was rescheduled without any notification.

Great place for haircut, the chairs are good and exciting for kids, but one of their staff Joanna can be more polite and I felt less racist to customers who aren’t white, Canada is a multicultural country, it’s just high time people understand and accept the fabric of this country. Just a little sad and distasteful!

our go to place to get our daughter’s haircut. also this is the place where my daughter got her first haircut. great place for kids. maryam always does a good job on my daughter’s hair.
