We have been using Majestic Home Inspection Service Ltd. for over twenty years and could not be more pleased. Their knowledge, honestly, dedication, promptness has been outstanding and we have always been treated with respect. Concerns are addressed promptly. There is no one else we would trust with our home concerns (both with a new home purchase in additional to ongoing questions over the years in our current home) and would highly recommend their services!
Re: Valentina’s slanderous/ false/ without any merit review of my Company. I find it odd that I have not received a phone call/ e-mail or any correspondence from Valentina on this matter. Fact is hot water tanks are normally rented and replaced free of charge If defective. My assistant and myself both did not see a water leak from the hot water tank nor I assume that she nor her real estate agent saw it during her visits to the home prior to the closing date. Professional Home Inspectors do not carry out plumbing CODE inspections. If you review my home-stars reviews you will see that I have been and continue to be an excellent Home Inspector.
