“Over the last 30 years I’ve used Custom Door & Lock Services a couple of times. The first time was about three decades ago when I had a replacement door put in, and later they came out to do my locks.

Most recently I was looking to replace my tired old lock which had seen better days. I tried looking online for a replacement but came up empty, so I gave Custom Door & Lock a call. Doug answered, listen to me, describe my issue and ask for help or if he could sell me a lock, and he had said that those locks are now obsolete. Honestly, my only options were finding a workaround, or replacing the door! And even though they couldn’t sell me a direct replacement, he took the time to explain why and suggested a product from a big box store that might work with what I already have.
