We’d like to take a moment to express our gratitude for the unwavering care and support you provided to our beloved Shihpoo, Lollipop. Throughout the years, you treated Lollipop with not just professionalism, but genuine love and compassion that touched our hearts. Your dedication to her well-being was evident in every interaction we had with your team. From the moment we walked through your doors, we felt like a part of the Green Lane Animal Hospital family. Dr. Josh and Dr. Cooper, your expertise and warmth with Lollipop, meant the world to us. Your willingness to see her even on her toughest days, and the way you attended to her needs, gave us immense comfort. We are also incredibly grateful to Dr. Sean and Dr. Harley, who also extended their care during times of need. But it wasn't just the veterinarians who made a difference. Your entire staff, without exception, showered Lollipop with affection and made her feel at ease during her visits. We'll forever cherish the warm welcome she received each time we visited. As you're aware, Lollipop's journey sadly came to an end on August 17. Our Special Little Girl was buried at Ancaster Pet Memorial Cemetery yesterday, September 13. We are heartbroken, but we find solace in knowing that she had the best possible care during her almost 12 years with Green Lane Animal Hospital. We will never forget our Special little “Popsie”. However, if we decide sometime in the future to welcome another furry friend into our lives, we will most definitely turn to you once again, knowing that the care and love you provide are unmatched.
