I was rear-ended driving my son to school and CSN Zenetec made the entire process of getting my car fixed as well as the rental car seamless. My car looks better than new and I would highly recommend them to family and friends
Originally my insurance company chose Zenetec-Bayview Steels for my car repairs. My car was brand new before the incident so at first I was hesitant to let them fix my car however from the first visit I was treated with genuine care and I was informed of the repair process step by step by Mohsin. Also when I was in for signing forms and questions the ladies at the front desc were friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally on the day of picking up the car, the friendly general manager walked us out and made sure we are happy with the repairs. I strongly recommend this shop.
I really appreciated the little touches and helpful/friendly communications from Johanna during the later parts of my experience. It added a very personable and fun touch to what was sometimes a long process with some unknowns.
They did a great technical job, were professional and have a wonderful waiting room and extremely clean facilities.
