“i got my seconds pierced. it was pierced by a worker called mitra in promenade mall. i was scared but i knew she was a professional and would do a great job because the FIRST attempt of marking my ears, it was perfectly symmetrical. she took her time and even counted down for me to feel reassured. it was so fast and easy and she took her time to explain how to clean my ears and take care of the earrings. thank you mitra, i am coming home with pretty new earrings.

The staff are pleasant, friendly people.
They mostly do a great job, especially the proprietor.
If you bring a photo of what you want, they're even more likely to do a good job.
Prices are substantially cheaper than other comparable locations.

Would recommend, especially if you have Asian hair. At the moment this is the only place I trust to cut my hair right.“

“I have been going to this salon for the last 4-5 years, and will continue coming because of the phenomenal customer service and attention to detail. A couple of weeks ago, I came in for my regular manicure/pedicure and was assisted by a new nail tech. Unfortunately, it did not turn out good as it usually does and was not up to my standards. I didn’t express my dissatisfaction, I just went home quietly and unhappy. The following day, I get a call from the owner Kim asking if everything went okay and if I was happy with my nails. I was SHOKED! This was the very first time in my life that a business called me back personally and asked if I was satisfied. It baffled me that Kim saw that I wasn’t happy and cared enough to actually check in on me. I then explained the situation to Kim and right away she offered to redo my nails for free.
