I'll bump this up to 4 stars because again, I was impressed by the DOCTOR's (I must emphasize this! Not a nurse!) skill and knowledge. Excellent thorough doctor, great needle side manner :) Still one star removed for poor front desk management/communication. This time it it seemed the desk staffer was really young, like maybe 17. When I went to pay with VISA she shuffled and asked if I had cash. No, I don't have $800 in cash. She said the price was lower in cash, but that I could go to the nearest ATM at Centerpointe Mall. I took transit, so this would have meant about 45 minutes of back-and-forth additional travel. I considered this option since I would have been quite pleased to save $100, but I simply didn't have the time available. I gently made clear that this situation was pretty irritating and that the cash-saving benefit should be conveyed to patients when booking appointments. She just shrugged and swiped my card. AGAIN: ask any question you can imagine in ADVANCE of showing up.
