This place was okay before but the owner was not ethical to deal with customer complaints.I had friend who did laser hair removal at there and got ALLERGY but the service provider refused to take responsibly and BLAME customer’s skin condition.They ask people to corporate with their time instead of respect customer’s availability. And they gossip a lot about other competitors.In the end the result does not comes with the price. Find other place that’s more professional. Spend your money wisely. Don’t waste your money and time here like me.
I've never had a facial before and I am very glad that I did my first time here. The place is clean, quiet and relaxing. Katie is very nice, very pleasant and she knows what she's doing. She explains every step and she gives you the treatment you and your skin need. Her hands are magic! Very light and soothing. I am definitely coming back and will be staying with this spa. As a matter of fact, we already have our next appointment set even before we left! Go one time, and they'll make a loyal client out of you. =) Highly recommended.
Had a fantastic experience with Katie. I love that this clinic is currently booking one client at a time to follow COVID protocols, and that the staff uses machines for all their facials rather than just their hands. I booked for a facial, and found the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, accommodating, and informative. Katie took her time to go over my skin type, and tell me what products and ingredients were suitable for me before beginning the treatment. She also did not try to up-sell me during our appointment (which I appreciated) and told me about the machines she uses and how it would benefit my skin (especially my problem areas). At the end of my appointment, we went over what packages I could buy and other services they had (Botox, RMT, etc.) . I ended up loving the products they used so much that I contacted them the next day to see where I can get them! 10/10, would definitely recommend!!
