Underpinning with 24/Pros was the absolute best choice we could have made. Why? First, we were able to live in our house for much of the basement work. Farshad sealed off the basement Farshad and his team are beyond superb! #1 - the all made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the process. #2 - they allowed us to live during the underpinning for 2 months which saved us $10,000 in rent #3 - they communicated often and accurately, Even when they hit snags that were unexpected (found septic tanks under our house!) # - were polite and clean. It has been a pleasant experience working with 24/7 Pros on my basement underpinning.24/7 Pros staff are organized, punctual and efficient. The staff finished the project on time without any interruption while my family were still living on the upper floors. The owner, Farshad, has been very responsive during the whole process which I truly appreciate his help during the project.I would recommend 24/7 Pros to my friends/family/neighbors if any of them is looking to do underpinning in their basement.
