Andres went above and beyond to sell our house. We were out of town sellers of an Estate and had little knowledge of the house. As we ran into obstacles, Andres not only provided us with contacts to help resolve the issues, he made himself available to facilitate any work that needed to be done. His knowledge, professionalism and positive demeanor made him a pleasure to work with.
