The technician was honest and polite. Felt like I could trust him to be in my house while I was not home. The owner did the quoting process quickly and efficiently. The most confusing part of the whole process was working with their financing third-party provider. They set clear and understandable expectations and requirements. All in all I will recommend them to any body I know.

I can't express my gratitude enough to Rob and his amazing crew at Taylor's Heating. Got me out of a real situation. Having just moved to the area, I had went in with the seller on a new furnace installation from another local company costing thousands, which was installed incorrectly, only leaving 21" of hallway clearance, making it impossible to move items through. Ended up having to rip out the walls and exterior door. On top of that, it rained in my house as the roof was only caulked with a thin bead of silicone from the other company's installation. our air con wasn't working properly since we bought it. Called these people and they came within a day which is unheard of these days. Very friendly people and very professional. They cleaned, flushed, fixed a pipe that had a loop in it and found it had too much freon as well. We were very happy with their service and when they left, everything was left as it was when they got here. Nice work people and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you Taylor's for taking care of our problem.
