I live out of town. But I had them work on my parents home in Tecumseh on two different occasions within the last two years. The staff is incredibly polite and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with Elite and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Can't recommend this company. The estimate was provided within 1 week, pricing comparable to other companies, good quality materials - no complaints there. Was told will be scheduled in about 2 weeks. Didn't hear anything. Called back 4 times over course of 3 weeks. Did not hear back for another 1 week. Got a call back - had job scheduled, took a day off. Morning of - beautiful weather - no show. Called - was told somebody else's job was behind b/c of rain day before so I got pushed back. Ok, scheduled another day. Night before I called to confirm, was told not coming out b/c it is doing to drop below freezing. Ok, asked to reschedule for the following... read full review

Ok, so it has been 10 days since my review and they still have not called me back. I purchased new downspouts and elbows and straps and have finally found someone to install them for me. This should never have had to happen if the original ones had been put back properly. I'm sharing this story with everyone I see, even strangers, like today at Home Depot.
