Jay is great! I hate having plumbing issues but Jay always comes promptly and fixes it up for us. We are off grid and in the bush, so having tradesmen willing to come out isn't always easy. He is professional yet personable and funny and always takes a few minutes to chat with my kid before he leaves. I won't call another plumber for our Long Lake property.
