I feel lucky that I "found" Zak when I bought a house in the area.He is now my "go to person". He provided various plumbing-related services over a 3-year period such as new sink, sump pump and other installations, bathroom faucet/sink issues correction and cleaning and fixing outdoor hose issues + other items as required. He listens and explains properly. I generally do not like people/contractors in my house, but Zak is one of two people who I trust to the extent that he has access to my house when I am away (just in case). Zak never let me down. Julie did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair. After not having it cut for over 10 years I was scared to say the least but she made me feel so comfortable.
