I put gas in my diesel truck. Towing a camper. I was able to tow both to his shop. Plug in and stay the night in his lot. Thank You for everything. I was on the road the next day. Early afternoon. We had a fantastic experience with Andrew. After experiencing a number of electrical issues in our cottage (fridge burning out, not enough power for our hot tub and our thermostats not working) and having other electricians not able to solve the issue, Andrew came in and immediately figured out the issue was the amount of power coming into our cottage. He did a fantastic job explaining the issue to me so that I could communicate the issue to the emergency hydro crew that came in the middle of the night. Andrew was a great advocate between us and hydro. He also took the time to check our neighbour’s cottages to see if the issue was just ours or for everyone. Andrew is one of the most thorough electricians we have worked with and we are so thankful that he was able to not only diagnose the issue, but walk us through the process of working with hydro one and then came back to make sure everything was working well. Today is Saturday. Even though I knew they were closed, I still called their number. Luckily, they answered my call. I was driving from North Bay when I suddenly had to stop in the Trout Creek area due to a car problem. I thought it was a wheel-bearing issue, but it turned out to be loose nuts. They helped me fix my problem. God bless them!
