“We had the Septic tanks emptied the other morning. Later in the day, we found that the drain to the septic had gotten plugged.<br>About 6:45 pm. I called Mr. Rooter as they are listed as a 24 hour service.<br>The plumber, Mason was at our house around 8 pm. He did the inspection and proposed a solution. He promised that we would be happy when he left and we were. He vacuumed up the standing water, removed the toilet and snaked the main pipe with a snake/camera. The plug was in the pipe leading from the septic tanks back into the house.<br>He was finished around 10 pm. There was no mess. It was as clean as when he arrived. Less than 3.5 hours from my phone call until job completion.<br>Mason is a true asset to Mr. Rooter. He was professional, well spoken, polite and very knowledgeable.<br>I would use Mr. Rooter again and would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone having both drain and plumbing issues or problems...but ask if Mason is available.<br>Thanks.“

“Castle has saved me twice now... I called around to other places who were busy that day (totaly understandable) or could only fit in me in two weeks time. Both issues i've had in my home the past year have needed immediate servicing and Castle came to the rescue both times - with my fireplace and my plumbing. Both times I called first thing in the morning and I had someone at my door a few hours later. Each technician was friendly and efficient and helped answer any questions I had. There was never a mess left behind after they completed their work, and always aware to close the doors when coming and going as I have two cats that are very curious.I think the prices are completely fair - unless you are going to do it yourself (and even then you're only saving the labour cost) then I don't see where those complaints are coming from. Have yet to be shocked by an invoice. You get what you pay for!As some have stated there is a charge for travel, so if you are curious how much it might cost you, perhaps ask ahead of time when setting up an appointment. I live 10 mins from their office location and was charged $25, but for how fast they got here, I don't care one bit!!
