We had the Septic tanks emptied the other morning. Later in the day, we found that the drain to the septic had gotten plugged. About 6:45 pm. I called Mr. Rooter as they are listed as a 24 hour service. The plumber, Mason was at our house around 8 pm. He did the inspection and proposed a solution. He promised that we would be happy when he left and we were. He vacuumed up the standing water, removed the toilet and snaked the main pipe with a snake/camera. The plug was in the pipe leading from the septic tanks back into the house. He was finished around 10 pm. There was no mess. It was as clean as when he arrived. On my last call, they made sure to send the same technician I had dealt with before. He is kind, knows what he is doing and talks threw the possible solutions with me before I choose one. He is honest and I feel safe when he is in my home. Being a single mom, all these aspects of the service bring me confidence in a job well done. I will definitely call Mr Rooter Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
