Amazing staff, and very helpful over the phone. I was in a pinch for a part on a water heater and they help me out on the spot great prices, but I have to say a second time the staff was amazing. He will definitely appreciate their courteous and kind salesmanship.

I thought I'd be extra helpful and keep the water softener topped up with salt to save my husband the bother. The salt tank had a measurement gauge that went up to 8 so eight was what I filled it up to. A real no-no! After mushing of the salt at the bottom and bridging above that, the softener quit softening. I emptied it all out and cleaned all the cruddy sediment away but had no idea how to proceed further. I called Laskey"s. The man in the Water Softener Department was so-o helpful with his directions and tips! Thank you sir! Regrettably I didn't get your name. By the way, they sell the proper softener salt to avoid such messes too.
