Water pump for our sand point stopped working this Sunday morning. Jeremy came out and repaired the pump in a little over an hour! He spent his time with it, testing it, making sure it would run consistently. He replaced three different parts as he discovered failures during his testing. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness, rather than just quickly replace the first failed part, declare it fixed, and then needing a return trip to diagnose and replace the next part.

Amazing staff, and very helpful over the phone. I was in a pinch for a part on a water heater and they help me out on the spot great prices, but I have to say a second time the staff was amazing. He will definitely appreciate their courteous and kind salesmanship.
