I called in the morning and received prompt service within 3 hours. The technician went right to the problem and really knew what to diagnose. He also checked my operating pressures and they were in a normal range. Our York A/C is about 25 years old and this was the first service it has received.Service: A/C system repair
Had a great experience with KRR. Purchased and installed a new Rheem high efficiency furnace and AC unit with them along with a new tankless water heater rental. I first contacted KRR through their online contact request form late one evening to request more information. To my surprise Matt responded that night, and communication and attention to detail was kept up throughout the entire process from quotation to install. Highly recommend this company.
