After 10 years of not going and getting my haircut, I finally pulled the trigger. Let's say my anxiety was very high. But britney empathize with me and ensured she listened listen to everything i saidshe made me extremely comfortable and eased my anxiety before going in. she explained every cut and layer she put in my hair taking her time to even out my chopped layers. She instantly brought my anxiety down with her cheerful demeanor and her knowledge for hair. Thank you, Brittany for the amazing haircut. I will be seeing you sooner than 10 years.

Went to First Choice Stratford. Took my senior mum. We both got what we asked for. The atmosphere at this salon was awesome so very friendly. The stylist were having fun which was hard not to partake in. Manager cut my hair. She was extremely helpful with her advice.

Hit or miss!Went here for the first time a few months ago, got a great cut, exactly what I asked for and the gal was very nice.Returned a couple days ago for the same cut, got a different lady who was very nice but ended up giving me some bizarre trim that was not at all what I requested. It looked *terrible*Rather than go back and risk them "fixing" it, I just buzzed my head in the washroom...had to ditch that mess asap. It was the better of the two haircuts I got that day...free too.It's pretty convenient to be able to pop in somewhere and get a trim on the spot, but this place is a gamble. Roll the dice if you dare
