Hit or miss!Went here for the first time a few months ago, got a great cut, exactly what I asked for and the gal was very nice.Returned a couple days ago for the same cut, got a different lady who was very nice but ended up giving me some bizarre trim that was not at all what I requested. It looked *terrible*Rather than go back and risk them "fixing" it, I just buzzed my head in the washroom...had to ditch that mess asap. It was the better of the two haircuts I got that day...free too.It's pretty convenient to be able to pop in somewhere and get a trim on the spot, but this place is a gamble. Ok so I told the girl I was tired of my thick heavy hair and that I wanted it cut off! Well she gave me a wonderful asymmetrical pixie / bob type style and she did such an amazing job! She even got my curls to come back !! Love it have had a million complainantsService: Hairstyling

Staff made no effort to communicate how long it would be. Had 2 people walk in that were taken before me, apparently they had been there earlier??? Trim was okay, otherwise not so much.
