I was having issues with my AC unit. I called at 3:45pm, the tech was there at 3:50pm, and had diagnosed the problem and had it repaired within 20 minutes. He had the part in the van. That may have been luck, but you have to be good to be lucky. Stocking the right components for 80% of the issues that you encounter is simply good business.
These folks know how to look after the folks in this area. They are FROM this area. They grew up here and know the people.
I will never call anyone else for anything to do with my HVAC.
Do yourself a favour, call these folks first.

I would like to thank Dave for his concern and making sure we had our new air-conditioner the next day because of an illness in our family.Dave and his office assistant Kim are very caring people.He was very busy like everyone else with the heat wave.If you want someone who truly cares about his customers call Bicks.Dave showed the next morning by himself when really he should have had help but he did it we did call Browns first but were put on a waiting list maybe 2 weeks in 33 degree heat.Compassion goes a long way and we will always use Bicks in the future.Thank you Kim and Dave

We called for a not immediate issue and had someone out the next day. Plumber was very friendly, relatable, provided clear description of what could be wrong and problem solved in the most strategic way of least invasive and least costly options. When the job was done, we were left with a clean area and happy customers with his customer service. From the initial phone call at reception to job complete we are very happy. 100% recommend.
