Absolutely wonderful service.Timely diagnostic, realistic time frame for repair (had to wait on a part to come in and then do the fix), managed to have it done 2 days before expecting, and quote was bang on to final cost.Really appreciated the professionalism, the ability to fix the issue with my charging jack, and the honesty at each step. Staff was super friendly as well.

They fixed my computer – new HD, new video card. Recovered windows, and my data from badly damaged HD. They did not give up after the 1st unsuccessful HD imaging attempt. Most of all, I felt that they could be trusted with sensitive data on my HD – banking info, for example. Reasonably priced: components’ cost + 2 hours of labour @ $100/hour. Highly recommended. Have ordered and built my own desktop with their help and assistance. Have ordered a new laptop from them. Always knowledgeable and willing to help.Great little computer store in Stratford. I live in Toronto and I prefer to deal with them for assistance.Always have been able to talk and ask questions and get the correct answers.
