Remax agent JOE VINE is by far the worst agent myself and people I had referred to him, have ever had. He is rude, cocky, talks excessively, interrupts you and tip toes around specific questions. He has a very shady persona, to say the least.The impression he left with us, and our friends, made us all actually use a completely different company. I will never use or recommend Remax for these reasons, and that they have that sort of representation. Worst Real Estate Customer Service Experience from Remax Agent Michael Wotherspoon. I booked an appointment on Thursday to see the house on Saturday 4PM 86 Highland road Hamilton, not only Michael didn't show up for this appointment when we arrived at address I tried calling and text his cell phone but no answer. When called his office they had no idea of his whereabouts. I decided to knock the door and owners was kind enough to offered me to go through the house, however told me that they had no idea about this appointment and Michael never informed them. I finally received the call from Michael at later time asking me how I liked the house, apparently owner must have called him to enquire about this appointment and what happened. I told Michael that I like the house but not his service since he didn't show up for his appointment or even bother to call to cancel in advance. He answered oh I am sorry I was supposed to send someone instead but forgot (You didn't even inform the owners about this appointment). Apparently he doesn't care about people who are looking for houses without signing an agreement with him. His words (I sell enough houses and have enough money that I don't care if I loose clients or even few thousand of commission) WOW what an egotism. #Remaxagent #michaelwotherspoon #horribleservice #arrogant #noshowforappointment
