We called Phil Groves to remove roots that infiltrated our pipe joint. We got it inspected and set the time to get it done early morning. Luke, from the company, was punctual, very respectful and thorough. From the moment he stepped into the house, he assessed the the situation then got his equipment and prepped the location. He showed his professionalism from the outset. Starting from the way he laid the floor covers, got the equipment in carefully and snaked his cam to assess the situation until he completed his work, cleaned and removed his gear and floor covers. Nick from Phil Groves helped diagnose and fix our issue in a prompt and professional manner. He was very helpful in understanding the cause of the issue and provided various solutions on how to proceed going forward - as our issue requires additional work outside their purview.
Outstanding customer service and courteousness. Listened to a problem that we had on an invoice and resolved the issue promptly. The only reason that it's a 4 star and not 5 star is simply that I found that more often than not I got an answering service when I called, rather than a person. But would absolutely use this company when needed without hesitation.
