Loyalty program? I asked the last time I was there to change the phone # and today I do disappeared from the loyalty program...I was there since I have my 1st dog more than 16 years.

It is a big clean store with nice staff, tho I can’t say that staff is always polite to their customers because when i was trying to find food for hamsters I found it but i was not sure if it is because it was all in French, I went to a staff member to ask and she began laughing with her colleagues, I did not like that because she was figuring it out and laughing about 5 minutes and then she said I don’t know if it is for hamsters.

My dog loves visiting this PetSmart to see his favourite friends. Staff are real animal lovers . Max says thanks for the treats he can’t wait til our next visit! ❤️?
