We hired De-luxe to install quartz counters in our kitchen. With our recently refinished cabinets, I was hoping that they would be careful enough and surely they did. Not a scratch. Andres and his team was professional, courteous, and friendly. They were quick but thorough with their process and Andres definitely knows his stuff. Biviana was sincere, straight to the point, gave us a great price and helped us find the right stone for our situation. She too is very knowledgeable and very professional. As a very active business owner in the renovation industry, we deal with a lot of counter top companies. This company has been the best experience and price so far. When our house sale was held up because of a leak I reached out to CASPI for help. They were able to send someone out on short notice to take a look.Nik, their representative, was the absolute pinnacle of professionalism. Despite it being later in the day and well out of the way from their normal service area, he went the extra mile to pinpoint the source of our leak. Obviously everyone feared a massive issue which could be in the tens of thousands to repair, but Nik was able to trace the water flow back to a small hole in our vapour-barrier, resulting in a quote to repair which was less than 10% what our lawyers were estimating would be needed as a hold back from sale proceeds.If I ever (God forbid) am in need of restoration services again, CASPI will be the very first number I call.

Also the owner told me he didn't do my brakes on top of the other work I wanted done because they simply didn't need to be done , it was the dust shields that were grinding not the brakes which i told him it was and i wanted them done , I love their honesty and they only fix what needs to be done !

Pertaining to Rick B review I was present and waiting for my appointment (first appointment of the day) when he approached her while she was outside. She explained to him that businesses were closed at this time as he appeared to be bothering another person who looked uncomfortable by his presence. He then starts name calling and yelling at her. She defended herself and he left. She told me to come inside early and then locked the door fearing he'd come back. Half way through my appointment he returned and tried telling the owner that she harassed him and started name calling her again. Thankfully the owner stuck up for her employee who was only looking out for someone else and he eventually left all angry that the owner didn't fire her on the spot. This guy screamed narsasstic. She was wonderful with me and gave me a gorgeous haircut. Deserves every star.

Went there today at around 6pm as a walk in as my daughter wanted to get her nails done. They were very friendly. Price was excellent and not over expensive. Shellac mani and pedi for me and Shellac pedi and a acrylic French mani for my daughter. They were very gentle as I have an ingrown toe nail, she fixed and trimmed that nail, don't even feel the ingrown anymore. My daughter left smiling as the length of the acrylic is exactly what she wanted. The place is very clean and sterile. Would ?% be going back there. Been to a lot of nail salons and by far this is the best.
First time having my lashes and acrylics done at HOB. Beautiful, warm and friendly place. Mimi is such a sweet lady and perfectionist, taking her time to ensure I was completely happy. Staying open an extra hour to finish my nails. Great prices and I highly recommend going there.

Hadn’t gotten a manicure and pedicure in years given my job, but I decided to get both since I had my engagement photos this weekend and a wedding to go to next week. It was very easy to book online, which was what I was looking for. Lots of parking, was greeted right away when I came in. I never caught the technicians name but she was very polite. She paid attention to details when cleaning the nails themselves. Lots of colours to choose from. Service was quoted for 50 minutes but I was there almost an hour and a half, to allow the nails to dry, which was fine. They were playing Fear Factor on one of the TVs which I thought was very odd for a salon, but I like the show so it was fine with me.
Update: I’ve also now seen Jolena for IPL and Laurie for Microneedling. Both are just as welcoming as Josephine and it’s always a fun visit ? HIGHLY recommend!I’ve been seeing Josephine for microneedling and IPL to clear up my skin. She is so lovely and makes you feel comfortable and confident. My skin is showing great success so far with these treatments and I actually count down the days for my next treatment the moment I walk out front my last one :)

The owner was able to show me samples of hair that complement my eye colour and matched my colour with this! I went in with my daughter last minute and they were able to squeeze us both in and not to mention, I had a time frame as I had to be someplace at a specific time. Not only was I given the most perfect cut and colour, but was treated like royalty by all staff and finished on time with a complimentary brow threading! They also made my daughter feel like such a princess!

I usually find it hard to give a 5 star review but when I do it is well earned. Yesterday we had a great experience from the team at Roto-Rooter. From the time they took my call and booked my service appt till the time the service was completed very step of the way excellent. The tech (Quinton) was very professional, organized and explained to us what he was doing and answered all my questions regarding the service and also gave us some pointers for regular maintenance. Dave was a saviour for us. He arrived 30 minutes or so after I spoke to him. Rectified the situation in no time and noted an issue with our water meter shut off valve that needs to be addressed by the city. He saved us from not having running water after 7pm on a Friday. I highly suggest to not hesitate to call him for your needs and found his pricing very fair.
