Above and beyond. Never really shopped a home hardware before but had a few Adirondack chairs (w/beer holders) and a pole saw on sale.great deal! But the staff at the stittsville store were incredible! It will definitely be my go to store. Not just my dad's store anymore!
Sharon helped me in the paint centre. I was going with a different type of stain for my deck, she taught me how to prepare the deck. I was also sent home with homework before I chose a product to paint my garage door. I appreciated her knowledge and taking the time to explain everything to me. Home Hardware should be very proud to have Sharon working for them. Thankyou so much Sharon!
I bought an unusual paint that proved to be very difficult to tint to our selected color. The gentleman helping me was patient and resourceful in successfully getting the right colour. Thank you for going the extra mile in helping me out.
