This program!! It works! So many gluten free options. The food choices are amazing. It wasn’t hard sticking to this protocol.Cheryl provides wonderful service in addition to providing a wealth of education pertaining to food/choices surrounding weight loss. What I find different about this program, is the one-on-one that Cheryl provides. These sessions (on-line meeting or in person) provides an opportunity to learn about food and to understand how I gained weight in the first place.I highly recommend this program.
