Very disappointed after a hairstylist leaves, you don’t bother to notify your customers!!! Glad I called today (Aug 25th-called to see if I could get on a cancellation list) was informed my hairstylist no longer there and therefore (I had to assume because receptionist said she didn’t know what was going on?) my Sept 17th appointment was a “ no go” (again assuming because receptionist didn’t know what to say?). Scrambling now 🤬
Jennifer knows how to style cut and colour short and very thick hair she does it right every time. I can’t wait till doors will reopen for business after Covid19
Loved the whole experience. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Jennifer, my stylist, is amazing. I have "tricky" hair and not only does she cut it perfectly, her expert guidance is very much appreciated!!
