Kris, the technician was a first rate professional. He was well organized, focused and extremely thorough. As I watched him operate around our son's reasonably large, multi-vent and duct home, he consistently applied a detailed process.
The bonus at the end was when he opened up the suction pipe from both the main heating and cold air return ducts to see how much debris was being pushed by his spinning air pressure brush. More than I ever expected to see.
