Once you get an appointment it’s great. The doctors are helpful and service is usually quick but it’s getting an appointment that is the problem. You have to call multiple times sometimes over days just to get a hold of someone to then book an appointment and you can only do it a week in advance which is very difficult to schedule for families. Wish there was an online system to book if they are not able to answer phone calls.

Dr. Zareef has been mine and my family’s doctor for generations and she’s is great and it’s sad that she’s leaving her practice. As for the new doctor have not met her yet! As for the the reception staff… that’s a whole issue. I really hope that this new doctor clears the house and hires new staff. Most of my and my family’s encounters with reception have not been great. They have been rude over the phone and in person, the phone is never picked up (I can understand that it gets busy, but a “sorry for the wait” goes a long way). Dr Zareef is the best! She have been my doctor for about 16 years and I never had any complaints about her! Always so kind and attentive, caring and very very helpful! Never had any issues with clinic in general.
