We had a few contractors come by the house to quote all new windows. While the quotes were similar in price, i had a much better feeling after speaking with Dan. Dan was very informative during the quoting phase, made some great suggestions and gave us a lot to think about. after the project was quoted a couple window changes had to be made and since my wife couldn't make up her mind on which way the window should open, Dan just said, don't worry about it I will just make both windows open. in a time when nothing is free and it feels like everyone is counting every penny, Dan never once mentioned or hinted at extra time or extra money. we had a couple windows that ended up being rotten and Dan cut out all the wood and reframed the rotten parts. he didn't like how the old flashing looked so he replaced that as well. we wanted a slightly wider trim, so all the windows (21 of them) were trimmed slightly wider. again, those are little costs that add up. The windows look so much better. Dan and his team were extremely professional, very neat and tidy and a pleasure to be around. thanks Dan!

Cannot say enough about this hard working young man, called him on a Sunday in a panic because we were moving on Tuesday and had a plumbing issue.Did some trouble shooting over the phone, shot him a pic and confirmed parts, communicated very clearly about Sunday extra charges, came, fixed the issues and charged me a very fair price.This guys is stand up, highly recommended

They priced out what needed to be done but made an adjustment to the part so I could continue to drive it until the following month. Very pleased!

Great service and fair pricing - I am impressed with this company from start to finish of the job required -Heidi at reception was super responsive and kind , Tyler who came out to check and give us the estimate efficient , not pushy no overselling just down to earth business and again kind , Matt and Rob who did the install , super friendly , obviously knowledgeable at their trade , efficient , clean and tidy and again kind . And then Nick who came back the next day to deal with our complaint of a superficial noise we noticed was eager , helpful knowlegible , solved the issue easily and stayed kind the whole way . I’d highly recommend these guys. Oh and I should mention Tyson , the boss man , I only dealt with him via email but he too kindly dealt with all my email questions . Some other companies could take some pointers from whomever does Purdys HR , they’ve sought out a great team of professionals , kindness goes a long way
