Stengel Pumps & Well Drilling

Had a pump issue and no running water. Like some previous reviews had trouble contacting other local plumbers. Tom answered immediately and came out after hours, pulled the old pump and installed a new one and got us up and running again. Very professional, friendly and informative. Excellent excellent service.

I was in a pickle on Friday. Saturday I tried to pull the pump, it got stuck. I called (and emailed) a local plumber ( I won't name him but he knows who he is) and I still haven't heard back (it's now 13:37 Monday afternoon). I then called another local well contractor Saturday on the after hours # and I'm still waiting to hear from them. I got Tom and Carrie's # yesterday and they called me back within an hour on Sunday. I was prepared to wait until Monday, and they showed up, on time. I was back up and running with a new pump/hose/electrical.........thanks Tom and Carrie.....I'd recommend you both in a heartbeat......as far us the other... read full review
