James came today and I can't say enough good things about him. Personable, friendly, great knowledge and put my mind at ease regarding my boiler. Coad was exceptional in getting a part I needed. We had Gary for many years on the farm, he'd be proud of the great service they give.
Parvaz was efficient and took time to answer questions and explain procedures. He also took time to introduce and explain a more cost efficient way to include maintenance of our AC.Service: Heating system maintenance
I have been a customer of COAD for over a decade. Today, James came for annual service/inspection of furnace and fireplace. Prompt, Professional and on time. He did an excellent job, in addition to pointing out a leak in my water heater that I had overlooked..including the puddle that had started forming. Thanks James for a job well done!!!
