Dwayne was professional and cares about the job. It’s rare nowadays for contractors to be this honest and respectable but he is all that. We had him pour a 22ft by 11ft concrete pad and he did it on time and at a very reasonable price. He and his team did an amazing job and the quality shows. We can’t wait to use our entrainment space! We are having Dwayne come back to do more work at the house next year I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it !!

I've got a '22 Bronco WildTrak with 37's, Fox Performance Elite 2.5 adjustable suspension, and upgraded upper/lower control arms. I had these upgrades installed elsewhere and for 6 months I've been trying to figure out where some very annoying creaking and clunking was coming from. After taking it to two other places for inspections, having all the bolts re-torqued, I still couldn't identify the issue. On a bit of a gamble I decided to drive the 1.5 hours to Offroad Addiction and get them to take a look. They spent a few hours on an inspection and concluded it was very likely one of the rear upper arms, either an installation error or manufacturer defect. We worked on sourcing new arms and I just picked it up yesterday after the install.
They 100% resolved the annoying noises and this thing is now driving as if it just rolled out of the factory. They not only solved my problem but corrected an off-center steering problem when they did an alignment, too. Not only that, but Tanner, during his test drive following the installation took the time to dial in my adjustable suspension and the ride feel is improved dramatically.
This is now my absolute GO TO shop for any work I'll need in the future. I'll gladly take the 3 hours round trip time for peace of mind knowing the job will get done right the first time.

We needed the entire floor of the house done quickly in advance of selling. These guys were AMAZING !!
The craftsmanship was evident throughout the project. Installation of some additional subflooring to level between old carpet and linoleum.... to how them made the laminate fit across 5 rooms and a hallway seamlessly and without an awkward thin strip. Some how they started in the living room, but the hallway had perfectly centered strips the entire length!
Flooring done in ONE DAY... and then came back for a couple of hours to install the baseboard trim.

Nicole and her team came in for a one time deep cleaning. We had no intention of continuing with a cleaning service as we usually are on top of our home maintenance, but lately just haven't had the time. Their service was so incredibly professional and the attention to detail was superb. As such we have decided to have them tend to our home on a bi weekly basis. I would highly recommend Nicole and her team to anyone in Elgin County.

The inspection was great. Simon was not only very experienced and knowledgeable but also educational. He took the time to explain why certain things can be a concern and it’s potential effects on the house and residents. He was also very kind and friendly. Definitely recommend.
I needed a pharmacy where someone showed me they cared about me getting what I needed. Never overlooking the smallest detail nor pushy or "judgy." I ended up getting a pharmacist who not only cared but went above and beyond inturn showing me that i was more than just another $ or number. A year ago, this is the only roofing company that got back to me for a relatively small job, a chimney flashing replacement, and they were very organized. Someone showed up exactly as scheduled, and the owner was super communicative. So far the replacement has held up great.
It was truly a breath of fresh air dealing with them since no one else called or emailed me back. Not to blame anyone of course, I understand how busy it is especially in this climate, but I was truly happy with how well organized Frank was. I will definitely call him again when I need to replace my roof in the future.

Our house had an old style glass fuse box that just wasn't keeping up with our usage. They replaced the panel, put in new outlets, and installed a level 2 plug. Argent were super professional, very friendly, answered all our questions, and very quick! We went from "phone call" to "done" in record time. Absolutely recommend. I like that they bring the experience and know-how of "big" professional jobs (commercial and industrial) to residential service, so you always feel like you're in good hands. (And at a competitive rate!)

I love this place. Started going approximately 7 years ago. The staff is extremely friendly and always try to answer any questions I may have. I only go typically June-September but the staff always remember me by name. I love the new beds that have been installed since ownership was changed a few years ago. The staff keep the facility and beds respectfully clean. The weekend hours are tricky to manage some weekends, but understandable that staff would like time for themselves too.
