He explained everything and told him to come back in a few days when ready, which we did. He and his team explained everything and was able to do what no other dentist has been able to do in 4 years. I have to give a very special shoutout to Narali at the front desk — she is seriously amazing. Over the past little while, I’ve been dealing with a bunch of appointments for my daughter (lots of cavities to take care of), and I’ve been calling the office constantly — sometimes even 2–3 times a day. Nirali always picks up with a kind voice, recognizes me right away, and never makes me feel like a bother. She’s been incredibly patient, super helpful with my benefits and walking me through all the coverage stuff, and just genuinely a lovely person to deal with. She’s really gone above and beyond, and I’m so thankful for her help.
